Carolyn Pruett

As a native of Virginia, I have lived in The Waterfront on Smith Mountain Lake with my husband, Jerry, since 1987.

I began my Real Estate career in 1986 and have 14 years experience with Waterfront Properties, in addition to Real Estate sales, I also served as property manager for The Rental Department of Waterfront Properties.

I have been a consistent award winner with The Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors, and one of Waterfront Properties top producers. I have been actively involved in The Association of Realtors and numerous committees.

My work gives me tremendous satisfaction by helping customers locate their perfect property. With extensive knowledge of the lake area and as a member of Multiple Listing Service, I feel I can assist buyers and sellers with any real estate need.
