High Point Subdivision on the Bedford County side of Smith Mountain Lake has been home to me and my family for the past 30 years. Transplanting from the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate N.Y. was an easy transition, as this area of Virginia is similar to what we called "home", yet, the longer/warmer seasons are a welcome gift.

My husband, Jerry started an electrical contracting business and sons Matt & Scott grew-up and were educated through area schools and colleges. We continue to enjoy our family life at the lake through the eyes and squeals of our five grandsons.

My real estate career just seemed to evolve…my enthusiasm and love of lake living coupled with an enjoyment of people, lent itself to sharing "Virginia’s best kept secret of Smith Mountain Lake" with others.

With "thanks" to my many customers, most of whom have become good friends, my 24 years of sales have been award winning years. In addition to being a full time selling agent, I also attained my broker’s license in 1989 and continue to attend educational seminars. I recently earned the "Fine Homes Specialist" designation conferred by Prudential Real Estate.
