Parker Waters

With ten years of professional work experience in the insurance field, Parker Waters understands the importance of meeting each customer’s expectations and the need to strive for complete customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Waterfront Properties, Parker worked as a Senior Claims Representative for a company out of Roanoke, Virginia – where he has lived for 32 years. He has spent the last twenty years enjoying the summers at Smith Mountain Lake. Parker became a REALTOR® in 2003.

Waters is a member of the Smith Mountain Lake Chamber/Partnership, Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors. Waters graduated from Cave Spring High School in Roanoke, Virginia and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Elon University in North Carolina. Parker lives in Roanoke with his wife, Kimberly and their son, Parker III.

Parker is ready to assist all buyers in finding townhomes, condominiums, single-family homes or lots or investment opportunities in commercial property. As a member of the Multiple Listing Service, Waters is able to assist buyers and sellers with all listed properties in a variety of price ranges and locations.
