Cathie Daniel, CRB

Cathie graduated from Lynchburg College in 1985. After graduation she was certified as a paralegal and worked for Gentry, Locke, Rakes & Moore where she handled real estate closings.

In 1992, Cathie began working with Dewey Robertson and Associates as a real estate Appraiser. She became a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 1994. As an appraiser she has performed appraisals on property in the Roanoke Valley and Smith Mountain Lake area. She became a licensed Realtor® in 2001.

Cathie joined the sales team at Prudential Waterfront Properties in January of 2004. She was named Interim Sales Manager in March and became Principal Broker in December of the same year. Since joining Prudential Waterfront Properties, Cathie has also earned the prestigious Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) Designation presented by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (Council). The CRB is recognized industry-wide as the measure of success for real estate brokers and managers. Daniel earned the designation by completing a comprehensive program combining experience with management education.

As an Appraiser, REALTOR and longtime resident of Smith Mountain Lake, she has a unique understanding of the real estate market and the community.
