Eric Fansler, GRI

I was born in Roanoke while my parents were at Virginia Tech, and I feel like I have “come home” to the Smith Mountain Lake area. My wife and I made life-changing decisions to leave successful sales careers in Richmond, Virginia, to become involved with the growing lake community.

We are sold on the quality of life in Franklin County and believe it will be a wonderful place for our family to grow and prosper. In 1992, I graduated from Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in management and a minor in geography.

My past sales experience has prepared me for my career in Real Estate. In 2004, I joined Prudential Waterfront Properties with my father and formed a real estate team to better serve our clients various real estate needs. As a team we have received several awards for our performance and customer service. I have 2 sons, a sophomore at Virginia Tech and a preschooler.
