Erich Faber

Erich Faber, REALTOR, has been living and selling real estate in the Smith Mountain Lake area since 1984.  He has been with Prudential Waterfront Properties, Inc. since 1993.  Erich is a graduate of Washington and Lee University with majors in Business Administration and Accounting, and is also a Certified Public Accountant.   Erich is active with several lake organizations including serving as a committee member of the Smith Mountain Lake Ducks Unlimited, and serving as Assistant Cub Scout Master of the Smith Mountain Lake/Franklin County Cub Scout Pack 130.  He is a resident of Chestnut Creek at The Westlake Golf & Country Club.   As a member of the Multiple Listing Service, Erich can assist purchasers and sellers with all lake area real estate.  Erich enjoys helping people make the right real estate decisions from a financial, tax, and lifestyle standpoint.
