Jane Sullivan Horne

As a native of North Carolina, I originally became involved in sales to put myself through school at Appalachian State University. In 1983, I moved to Smith Mountain Lake and have enjoyed a successful career as a full time Realtor for the past 20 years.

My home is at The Water’s Edge with my husband, Bill, and son, Trey. In 1986, I became the first permanent resident of The Water’s Edge. This has been a great source of joy for me as well as a real benefit for my customers. I live here, work here, and play here, so I know the lake and its surrounding areas. My goal is to help my customers find the perfect property so that they can enjoy the same lifestyle I do.

Each year since beginning my career, I have been recognized for sales excellence by The Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors receiving the top two awards given. I have consistently been one of the top producers for Prudential Waterfront Properties and I attribute that success to tremendous customer referrals, fantastic properties and a lot of hard work.
