Kim Davis

I was born in Franklin County, raised in Collinsville, and spent many summers on the lake. I lived in Atlanta and Greensboro working in sales with a major telecommunications firm. Then I happily returned home to Franklin County eight years ago. My husband and I live at Smith Mountain Lake with our three children and we love the lifestyle the lake has to offer.

Prior to becoming a member of the RVAR, my husband, Duane, and I developed land and built houses throughout Franklin County. I am happy to see the area grow while preserving so much of its natural beauty.

I am ready to assist all buyers in finding townhomes, condominiums, single-family homes or lots for sale that fits any need. As a member of the Multiple Listing Service, I am able to assist buyers and sellers with all listed properties in a variety of price ranges and locations.
